Claims examples

An employee was serving hot drinks to a customer from their food and drink van and slipped on the floor of the van, which was greasy from a spillage earlier which was not cleared up properly.  They suffered burns as a result and brought a claim against their employer.  The Employers’ Liability section of the policy would respond.
